Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns may be accepted when the product is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered.
Opened, used, personalized or unauthorized returns may be refused. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our side.
Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] to receive return instructions. We will provide the return address and, if needed, an authorization number.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a returned package.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
